Simply select the category then click on the topic that you need help with to get full, in depth instructions on how to do whatever it is you need. It couldn't get easier then that, could it? Note that if you are using third party software in place of Microsoft's own software on your computer (ex: Firefox instead of Internet Explorer) then some of these help topics may be of little or no use to you.
