Forums Back Up (But Still Disabled) + A Few Updates

We're happy to announce that the Forums are now back up and
working correctly, however, they are still
disabled (as they were before the major crash)
since we are still updating them. They should be
back online very soon though. Also, we updated a
few things around the site.
